PRECAUTIONS
·
The PVDC
coated
side should
not come
in contact
with the
forming
heater
roller
of Rotary
Vaccum
Forming
Machine.
·
Lidding
foil should
be loaded
in such
a way
that heat
seal lacquer
is in
contact
with PVC
side of
the
PVC/PVDC
film at
sealing
stage.
·
Keep the
forming
heater
roller
clean,
to avoid
hazy patches
on the
film.
·
Adjust
appropriate
unwinder
brake
tension
and check
for free
movement
of idler
rollers
to avoid
widthwise
shrinkage.
·
Check
the design
of the
cavity
/ Draw
ratio
to avoid
the possibility
of weak
blister
formation.
STORAGE
·
It is
Recommended
to use
pvdc coated
film within
3 month
of manufacturing
for best
results.
·
It should
be stored
in their
original
packing
at temperature
between
280C
to 350C
until
ready
for
use.
·
Protect
it from
direct
Sunlight
and Damp
Walls.
· Never
process
cold material.
· It
should
be handled
with proper
care even
during
movement
in the
factory.
